The heat of the stones loosens the muscles and is a much more soothing way of manipulating and realigning muscles. Sometimes with traditional massage I walk away with more pain and only feel the benefits of the massage a few days later. With the LaStone® Therapy massage you walk away relaxed and refreshed, feeling the benefits immediately."
Karen Backmann "Thank you Linda from Sol Spa for the massage treatment I could only imagine! To have a massage with heated stones was the ultimate experience. The serenity of meditation music in the privacy of a secret garden under a grape arbour was a true experience of relaxation. I still have a smile on my face."
Gratefully yours, "Linda -- I wanted to thank you once again for adding to the wonderful experience I had being on the Sunshine Coast. I thoroughly enjoyed the treatments you provided both days, and I wasn't kidding when I said I'd be back just for the purpose of your LaStone® massage and the facial! I look forward to visiting with you again -- somehow the landscape of Las Vegas doesn't hold up to the grandeur of Sechelt and its vicinity."
Vicki Turner "The treatment Linda gave with the stones was incredible! I felt like these stones, made smooth by thousands of years of being washed over by the earth's waters, were now washing over me with Linda's care, and smoothing away my edges. Thanks again, Linda."
Doug Mulligan "I want to thank Linda and comment on the wonderful facial that I received. With today's hectic lifestyle, it's nice to slow down for a few moments and take some time out for oneself. I must say that the whole facial experience was most relaxing and definitely did a lot of good for my skin tone. The atmosphere in your studio is so calming and the massage so expertly done that it made me feel like I was on vacation at a resort spa. The experience was something 'just for me'; it slows things down and at the same time tunes me up and makes me want to take even better care of myself. I will certainly recommend you to my clients and friends. You're the best!"
