LaStone® Therapy, the original hot & cold stone massage , is an application of thermotherapy involving warm basalt and cool marble stones. The treatment begins with a gentle placement of both warm and cool stones along meridians of your body. The penetrating warmth immediately relaxes tired, sore muscle groups. The cool stones promote circulation, increase respiration and reduce inflammation. This head-to-toe massage can be as firm or gentle as needed. LaStone® Therapy facilitates healing at many levels, which may include physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

LaStone® Back, Neck, Shoulder Massage

This session uses specific LaStone® techniques to encourage a healing response deep within the body's systems. With the use of the alternating temperatures the exchange of blood and lymph is increased thus providing oxygen to the muscle tissues and promoting a healing response. The use of basalt and marble stones facilitate in providing a deeper massage to alleviate muscle ache, tension, pain; chronic or acute. Each treatment is customized to suit your needs.

Rejuvenate your body and soul with a Swedish Relaxation or Deep Tissue Massage.
